first thanksgiving

My Thanksgiving feast is fast approaching and I'm being very good and diligent about preparing ahead. Martha Stewart, the dear, gave me this pie crust recipe that can be made up to a month before the big day, and then thawed out and baked the night before. 
She makes it all look so easy and let me tell you, without a food processor this was somewhat difficult to create, but in the end, I know my double crust apple pie will come out looking like homemade imperfection. I plan to do this with the dough:




I may be overdoing it but if you're gonna do something, do it right is what I say.
