healthy banana splits!

I have a confession to make.

I need dessert after every meal. Like, even after salty snacks.

It's a problem. Because I want to be a Beach Babe like these girls right here. Not sure that's going to happen, but a girl can dream. I've been really good though lately, if you don't count the huge bowl of popcorn we had last night while watching The Hangover in Italian - dubbing still cracks me up - and the even huger bowl of cherries the day before. Cherries are good for you though right? Maybe not a pound by yourself, but hey, at least it wasn't a whole tray of pretzel brownies.

But this week I found out how to have my cake and it eat too - healthy banana splits! The exclamation point is important because they're so good! Creamy, crunchy, sweet and fun! Yay!

1 banana
1/2 container yogurt (any kind)

cherry on top!
In the mood for more healthy snacks?

What are some of your favorite healthy desserts? I'd love to know!

  8. your first para made me laugh.  I need dessert after every meal... hello my new BFF!  ME TOO!  And it sucks cuz i'm going to Puerto Rico in 2 weeks and I need to lose like 5 pounds off my tummy... else I look fine.  I find that cutting out sugar really helps, but it's super hard.  :-)

i'm the same way, gotta have sweet after salty!  i normally go for one square of dark chocolate just a tiny indulgence but it hits the spot.
