zoe's favorite eggs benedict (and cupcakes!)

Zoe is one of those girls who not only sends you girl scout cookies in the mail, but emails you to tell you that you have great eyebrows. I mean, her awesomeness abounds. She's here today to share two of her favorite recipes from her blog Style Foodie. Take it away Zoe!

Hello Boot dears,
It's this really amazeballs person, Zoe! I live in the big bad windy city and I blog over at Style Foodie, you should probably check it out #imjustsaying. (Yeah I like to use twitter hash tags when I blog.)
I've had the most wonderful luck in "meeting" the lovely miss Marissa through this wonderful blog world and she has really become one of my favorite blog friends. She hails from my favorite city Boston, she loves to cook, and lives in Italy. I mean really M could you get any cooler? So I'm sharing with you my favorite dish I've made on my blog so far. SO drum roll please........ I present to you eggs benedict a la Style Foodie.

I am a HUGE breakfast fan and I'm kind of obsessed with poached eggs (that's how to make a poached egg), but obviously you can't eat eggs bennie every day and hollandaise sauce is a heart attack waitin to happen. So I created my own version and have made several different variations since.  I've made it for several friends and they all LOVE it! Recipe HERE! 
Now I know I'm only supposed to be sharing one, but I have to share my favorite sweet recipe I've made so far. I'm really quite proud of these babies because it was one of the first recipes I had made twists to make it my own (I'm sure someone already did it before me, but I didn't google this one it just came to me lol). Brown Butter Cupcakes with Mexican Chocolate frosting, they are the perfect cupcake because they are more on the savory side with slightly sweet chocolate frosting with a spicy little kick!
